- Passenger Complained Captain's 'Wrongdoing'[Aug. 06, 2006]
A captain of Xiamen Airlines operating flight MF8047 on 19th May 2006 allowed a female passenger guided by the chief cabin crew into the cockpit right after the aircraft doors were closed, another passenger, Mr. Gao Xizhong, filled a complaint against the captain with the airline on the basis of violating safety regulations, the captain was penalised by the airline. The whole thing didn't end there since the captain called and 'threatened' the complainant, according to quote by Mr. Gao. Mr. Gao finally complained to the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) on 23rd June this year.
