Skytrax Research, a leading airline service research institute based in London, has once again recognized China Airlines (CAL) for its excellent overall service performance. In the category of Aggregate Economy Class Service Quality, CAL was ranked second best among 66 of the world's most famous airlines. Also, CAL was ranked sixth and eighth best in the world in Aggregate Business and First Class Service Quality, respectively. This is the best service quality appraisal ever received by a Taiwan-based airline, and it puts CAL near the top of the global list.
