Cathay Pacific Airways Limited | Apr. 29, 2007
On April 29, Cathay Pacific Airways announced the suspension of its flight operations to and from Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, until further notice.
The decision follows the temporary closure of Colombo's airport after a recent attack on fuel facilities in the city.
Safety is a top priority at Cathay Pacific and a careful assessment of the situation will be made before services are resumed.
