On April 22, Ruili Airlines (DR) completed a cabin upgrade program of its third Boeing 737-800 aircraft (registration number B-1960) to provide passengers with greater comfort and improved flight experience. The Kunming-based airline has converted its all-economy class layout and chosen a two-class configuration with 8 seats in business class and 168 seats in economy class.

The refitted B737-800 aircraft, registration number B-1960, was delivered to Ruili Airlines on March 7 from Berlin, Germany. As the third Boeing aircraft introduced by the airline this year, it is the first aircraft configured with two-cabin layout, which will be deployed on domestic routes as the set-up airline to launch maiden flight on May 18.
