On Feb. 7, Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong visited Changi Airport workers in the morning, an annual tradition organised by unionists on the first day of the Lunar New Year.
The visit marks a gesture to express gratitude to those who keep essential services going, when most Singaporeans are enjoying a public holiday.
PM Lee greeted workers from those in the front line as well as those at the back-end with oranges and red packets. He also took the opportunity to visit the newly-opened Terminal 3.
