China, Luxembourg Sign MOU to Expand Air Services

China and Luxembourg has reached a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for expanding air traffic rights between the two countries.
Representatives from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and Directorate of Civil Aviation of Luxembourg inked the agreement in Beijing on January 17.
Under the new agreement, they agree to "facilitate the air business of airlines from the both countries and will promote the development of the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone.
