Tianjin Airlines Plans Six Services to Kalibo, Philippines

Tianjin Airlines is seeking authority to operate six new routes to Kalibo, Philippines in March 2017.
The Tianjin-based carrier has submitted the application with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for permission to start thrice-weekly services to Kalibo from Tianjin, Ningbo, Zhengzhou, Xi'an and Wuhan, according to a notice released Tuesday on the CAAC's website.
Meanwhile, Tianjin Airlines also plans to launch a four-times-weekly service between Nanjing and Kalibo in March.
All six routes will be operated using Airbus A320s.
The Air Transportation Department of CAAC is soliciting public comments on the application until February 13, 2017.
