CADAS: 65 Commercial Aircraft Delivered to China in Q1

Chinese carriers have taken delivery of 65 new aircraft in Q1, bringing the total fleet number to 2,975 in mainland China, according to CARNOC fleet date base CADAS.
Chinese carriers have taken delivery of 65 new aircraft in Q1: 28 in January, 15 in February, 22 in March, including 19 Boeing 737-800s, 13 Airbus A321s, 10 Airbus A320s.
China Southern has taken delivery of 4 Airbus A320neos, expanding its A320neo fleet size to 6. Air China, Xiamen Airlines and Hainan Airlines introduced one Boeing 787-9 each. Currently, China's Boeing 787-9 fleet size reached 20: 8 in Air China, 9 in Hainan Airlines and 3 in Xiamen Airlines.
In February, the first regional airline in Heilongjiang Province - Longjiang Airlines officially started operation, operating two A321s now. Cargo airlines developed rapidly during this period. SF Airlines has the largest fleet size in the 7 domestic all-cargo airlines, totaling 38. SF listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in March. Additionally, Guangzhou Longhao Airlines, the first regional cargo airlines in Guangzhou, completed its first flight at the end of March.
In 2017, Air China Group plans to introduce 56 new aircraft, including one A350, six 787s, and three 777s.
China Eastern Group plans to introduce 73 new aircraft, including four 777s and seven A330s.
China Southern Group plans to introduce 86 new aircraft, including 13 A320neos and seven 737MAXs.
Hainan Airlines Group and its controlling companies plan to introduce 96 aircraft, including 35 737-800s, 21 E190s, 16 A320s, nine 787-9s, four A330-200s, three A330-300s, and one A350.
