Foreign Passenger Detained 5 Days for Harassing in Air

Air safe officer of China Southern Airlines controlled a Russian male passenger who not only drank and smoked in the cabin, but also kept kicking seat back in CZ356, a flight from Moscow to Wuhan on January 5, 2018.
After landing, cabin crew transferred the passenger, related evidence and testimony to Hubei Airport Policy Office by rules. The passenger candidly confessed his behavior in air during inquiry. After investigation and collecting evidence, the police sentenced the passenger a 5-day administrative detention, based on the 3rd Item of 1st Provision, 23rd Article of Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China.
