The guests of the Lufthansa First Class lounges in Munich will be able to enjoy a special culinary treat: three-star chef Harald Wohlfahrt has created a special three-course experience for the lounges' visitors. Until 15 June, the menu features lobster with pineapple-mango chutney and crustacean foam, followed by veal two ways with hummus and beech mushrooms. A mousse dome with raspberry ice cream and rhubarb is offered for dessert. Over the course of several days, Wohlfahrt is providing advanced training for the chefs of the Lufthansa First Class lounges and introducing them to the secrets of Michelin-star cuisine.
