- FAI Completes the Sale of Two Learjet 60's to Corporate Clients[Apr. 16, 2018]
The aircraft sales division of Germany-based general aviation and air ambulance specialist operator FAI Aviation Group has announced the sale of two Learjet 60 aircraft from its inventory. Serial number 161 and Serial number 203 have been sold to German-based corporate clients. Both aircraft will continue to operate on FAI's AOC under management contracts.

SAS selected the A330-300 to further standardize its long-haul fleet. One new A330-300 equipped with RR Trent 772B engines will join the Scandinavian carrier's network in the second Quarter 2019. SAS has been an Airbus customer since 1980 with an Airbus fleet of 57 aircraft (eight A340s, eight A330s and 41 A320 Family aircraft) to date.

- Boeing, Lion Air Group Announce Order for 50 737 MAX 10 Airplanes[Apr. 10, 2018]
Boeing and the Lion Air Group today announced the airline purchased 50 of Boeing's new 737 MAX 10 airplane, which will be the most fuel-efficient and profitable single-aisle jet in the aviation industry. The deal, valued at approximately $6.24 billion at list prices, is the largest incremental order to date of the MAX 10 variant. The order was previously listed as unidentified on Boeing's Orders & Deliveries website.
- Mandarin Airlines Adds a Global Maintenance Agreement to Its Partnership with ATR[Apr. 11, 2018]
ATR and Mandarin Airlines, a regional subsidiary of Taiwan's flag carrier China Airlines, have signed a Global Maintenance Agreement (GMA). This comprehensive support package covers the repair, overhaul and pooling services of Line Replaceable Units, along with a door-to-door service through which ATR is providing transportation of spares to the airline's facilities.

Lufthansa Technik AG and Asiana Airlines from South Korea have signed a new, long-term agreement for Total Component Maintenance (TCM). The contract has a term of ten years starting in April 2018 and covers the nine aircraft in Asiana's Boeing 777-200ER fleet. Component repairs will take place at Lufthansa Technik's workshops in Hamburg.
- TrueNoord Closes Purchase of Three Embraer E190 Regional Aircraft from GECAS[Apr. 12, 2018]
TrueNoord, the regional aircraft lessor, has closed the purchase of three Embraer E190 aircraft from GECAS. These aircraft are under lease with and operated by HOP!, the regional operator for AirFrance-KLM in France. This additional group of three regionally operated E190 aircraft adds to the significant investment in TrueNoord's Embraer fleet under lease and increases the organisation's portfolio to fifteen globally operated E190s, with further acquisitions in the pipeline. The purchase was partially financed under a new finance facility arranged by BNP Paribas and DVB Bank SE.
- Afrijet Becomes Launch Customer of Cabinstream System[Apr. 11, 2018]
ATR announces Gabon-based carrier Afrijet as the launch customer of Cabinstream, a new wireless In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) solution developed by Phitek. Following a deal inked today at the Aircraft Interiors Expo, the airline will introduce this new streaming system into its fleet of ATR aircraft before the end of the year.
