1st Boeing 737 joined Shanghai Airline

At 13:20 in the noon of March 25th, the first new aircraft of Boeing 737-800 introduced by Shanghai Airlines in this year rached Shanghai from Seattle where American Boeing was located, and joined the fleet of Shanghai Airlines formally, which made the fleet of Shanghai Airlines increasing to 43 aircrafts.
Fan Hongxi, general manager of Shanghai Airlines; Ding Xingguo, Shao Xiaoyun, Gu Jiadan, deputy general manager; Wang Shuxun, general assistant and other leaders from related department went to airport to welcome, and the welcome group leaded by Liu Xiaowen, deputy general manager, came back to Shanghai by the same aircraft along with those leaders.
It's introduced that Shanghai Airlines would introduce 7 new aircraft in this year to join Shanghai Airlines, including 5 Boeing 737-800 aircrafts and 2 Boeing 767-300ER large-size wide-body aircraft. After the whole year the size of Shanghai Airlines fleet will reach 49 aircrafts.
It's known that the new aircraft would join the flight production when the flights of Summer & Autumn launched on March 26th.
