CARNOC survey on Airport Construction Fee
By Liang Fangcheng, CARNOC | Mar. 30, 2006
Between March 17 and March 29 2006, CARNOC surveyed its users on whether they think the so-called Airport Construction Fee (ACF) in China should be abolished or not, each unique IP could only vote once. The survey results indicate that those support such ACF suspension account for 85.99% votes, 9.94% opposed whilst the remaining 4.06% were unsure at the time of voting.
Through the survey data, we can see that the results are showcasing a "leaning to one side" situation, the number of CARNOC users who incline to abolish the ACF has the predomination, which is almost 9 times of the number of opponents.
In recent time, the discussion about the rationality of ACF is on the spotlight, and we believe that the psychology of many CARNOC users participated in the survey has been rational, the survey results reflect the 'aspirations' of many Chinese consumers to a certain degree.
