HA builds regional headquarter in Tianjin

Hainan Airlines will invest somewhat RMB10 billion yuan in Tianjin to establish the proposed Grand China Air's regional headquarter as well as building China's biggest aircraft leasing company in Tianjin in the future. The Tianjin Municipal Government and Hainan Aviation Group recently signed a strategic co-operation framework agreement by the mayor of Tianjin Hon. Dai Xianglong and the president of Hainan Aviation Group Mr. Chen Feng.
Nowadays, Hainan Aviation Group has expanded to become the fourth largest airline carriers in China under the brand of Hainan Airlines, the company has a market share of 34% in Mainland China's regional aviation market and the number of flights as well as transported passengers are both ranked the top amongst all regional airlines in China. Chen Feng indicated to the reporter that Tianjin is the 'economic capital' of Bohai Economic Zone, establishing Grand China Air's regional headquarter in Tianjin is important to better position the business.
