Three Airways Will Integrate into One

Air China Cargo and China Cargo Airlines Ltd, the two biggest aviation cargo enterprises in China, will change from "old opponents" to "one family", and this "big family" will welcome one "Hong Kong fellow"--Dragonair.
The sole news from newspaper, Air China Cargo, China Cargo Airlines Ltd, Dragonair these three airlines will integrate into one enterprise, consist of one aviation cargo "giant", which strides Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong three destinations, situates in the Chinese No.1 position, within the global five positions. According to the plan, Air China Cargo, China Cargo Airlines Ltd will fulfill the integration before September this year, Dragonair will join into the new company in combination with the two companies above.
As the first step of "three integrates into one", Air China Cargo and China Cargo Airlines Ltd holding by Air China and China Eastern separately will integrate first. The main assets of integration are fleet and pilots, the ground operation equipment will remain at Air China and China Eastern.
