Aviation Research Group/US (ARG/US) has released an upgraded version of its industry-leading on-line Charter operator Evaluation & Qualification system (CHEQ). Customers can now search for appropriate charter aircraft by city, cabin size or number of passengers, and onboard safety equipment. All results include the charter company's ARG/US Safety Rating, making vendor selection a streamlined process.
The CHEQ Search Options have been enhanced to allow searches for an aircraft based on any client-required characteristics, from the aircraft type to flight phones or Medlink on-board. The new expanded profile includes aircraft-specific contact information, safety equipment, amenities, and aircraft photo images. 'Professional level' users and above can view and search for aircraft meeting specific customer requirements, and then immediately run a TripCHEQ to thoroughly validate the trip to their safety standards.
These refinements allow ARG/US subscribers to find the most appropriate charter aircraft and charter company for their needs.
Safety checklists reveal equipment on board such as RVSM, GPWS, medical kits and Med Link, TCAS and TAWS. Detailed background information on the charter operator and crew members is a basic foundation of the CHEQ system, making ARG/US the benchmark in the field of charter operation evaluation services.
General aircraft information available on line describes the candidate aircraft with descriptions and photos showing cabin seating, exterior paint scheme, satellite phone, galley provisioning, lavatory and audio-visual/entertainment systems.
Joe Moeggenberg, ARG/US president said his company looks continually for ways to improve its products and services to its clients. "Safety is the number one reason we are in business," he said. "With more and more companies offering charter aircraft, and the public generally uneducated about our side of the business, we took it upon ourselves to make their lives easier and safer at the same time."
"Our TripCHEQ system digs right to the core of an operator's business, so our clients can make truly informed decisions on what company to choose, which aircraft to choose and even which pilots to choose. Our system is trusted nationwide," he added.
ARG/US is a Cincinnati-based research company providing on-line services including CHEQ, Business Travel Assessments, a Safety Officer Support program (ASOS), aircraft operating cost reports, Comparative Operations Performance Reports (CPR), on-site safety audits and marketing research.
