Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Mumbai

A plane, flying from London, made an emergency landing in Indian economic hub Mumbai Sunday afternoon without casualty, Indo-Asian News Service reported.
The London-Mumbai flight 9W118, belonging to Indian airline company Jet Airways, suffered an engine failure but made a safe landing on one engine at around 1:00 p.m. at the Sahar International Airport of Mumbai, airport officials said.
All 198 passengers onboard, including four infants, were safe, the sources said.
The Airbus A340-300 plane was temporarily grounded and inspected for damage, the officials said.
