The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) announced that it will issue an operation license to China Express Airlines (known as 'Huaxia Airlines' in Chinese), a new carrier that has been preparing for two years to fly domestic routes in China.
Invested by four companies, China Express Airlines has a registered capital of RMB80 million.
