A British Airways flight made an emergency landing at Brussels International airport Sunday after its crew reported a fire on board, officials said.
No fire was found on the Airbus 320 plane, which was flying from London to Frankfurt.
The 143 passengers on board were safely evacuated by airport fire crews once it landed after 1700 GMT, officials said.
They were expected to continue their journey to Frankfurt, Germany early Monday. The flight caused numerous delays at the Brussels airport, officials said, because the evacuated plane blocked one of the airport's runways.
