Rolls-Royce Wins $800M Air China Contract

Aero-engine maker Rolls-Royce Plc said on Wednesday that Air China had chosen its engines to power the flag carrier's new fleet of Boeing aircraft in a deal worth $800 million ($631 million euros).
Rolls-Royce said the engine deal for the 15 Boeing 787 Dreamliners included a long-term maintenance agreement and was the first selection of the Trent-1000 engine by a Chinese carrier.
