Air France Celebrates 40 Years to Shanghai

Air France last week celebrated the 40th anniversary of its Paris-Shanghai service.
"China offers huge market potential for Air France and KLM over the coming years. The Air France-KLM Group is the largest European carrier in terms of seat capacity flying to and from China," said Jean-Cyril Spinetta, chairman and CEO of Air France KLM.
The Air France 2006-07 winter schedule, beginning at the end of October, will offer 33 weekly flights to China. Overall the Air France and KLM Group offers a total of 59 weekly frequencies to five destinations: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Hong Kong.
