Qantas is believed to be seeking around $100 million from Airbus in compensation for delays to the A380.
According to the UK's Observer newspaper, Emirates is said to be seeking $378 million and Virgin Atlantic $50 million.
The figures emerged as all launch customers for the superjumbo hold talks with the aircraft manufacturer following a further delay in delivery of the aircraft.
Qantas however dismissed reports it has held joint meeting with Emirates and Singapore Airlines to discuss compensation.
Chief executive Geoff Dixon said the only talks to have taken place have been between the airline and Airbus.
Concern is now mounting that Airbus will not be able to deliver its next new aircraft, the A350, which is to compete with Boeing's 787 Dreamliner.
