Air China to Fly Beijing-New Delhi Directly
The Financial Express | Oct. 18, 2006
Air China, the country's national carrier, will launch the first direct Beijing-New Delhi flights on October 30.
Air China said it will operate three weekly flights from Beijing to New Delhi. Flights will be scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
The move by the Chinese airline is expected to enhance air connectivity between the two neighbouring nations greatly.
Currently, Air India and China Eastern Airlines are offering flights between India and China, but none have direct flights between Beijing and New Delhi.
