Rolls-Royce Group Plc, Europe's biggest aircraft-engine maker, is considering moving large parts of its manufacturing sites to Asia, London's Sunday Telegraph reported.

Rolls-Royce has begun evaluating where it will build new manufacturing facilities, and China and Singapore may be asked to submit applications, along with eight US states, the newspaper said.
