China Construction Bank Commits 20 Billion Yuan Credit to China Southern Airlines

China Construction Bank (CCB) and China Southern Air Holding Company, the parent of China Southern Airlines, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Apr. 9.
CCB committed to grant 20 billion yuan in comprehensive credit line to support China Southern Airlines' various financial businesses.
The two sides will initiate in-depth strategic cooperation in credit support, financial consultancy, international settlements, cash management and capital settlements, consultancy on construction engineering and enterprise annuities.
Currently, CCB is negotiating with China Southern Airlines on aircraft financial leasing business and issuing a credit card under cooperation.
