Dragonair Appoints New General Manager for Inflight Services and International Affairs

Dragonair has appointed Ms Christine Liu in the dual role of General Manager Inflight Services and General Manager International Affairs.
Ms Liu, who took up the two posts on August 10, oversees the airline's international affairs issues as well as all matters relating to inflight services including cabin crew management, inflight catering and inflight sales.
She is also responsible for the development and implementation of inflight service improvements in order to further enhance Dragonair's status as a leader in regional inflight passenger services.
Prior to taking up these posts, Ms Liu was Dragonair's Assistant General Manager Inflight Services, a position held since 2008.
Ms Liu started her airline industry career in 1997 when she joined Cathay Pacific as a Management Trainee and took up a wide variety of positions in various departments including Marketing, Passenger Services Systems, Revenue Management and Cargo.
Ms Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong.
