Update: 3 Dead, 1 Seriously Injured in Plane Crash at Pudong Airport

CARNOC.com has just received information from various sources that the crash involving a Zimbabwe-registered cargo plane happened shortly after 8am local time at Pudong International Airport in Shanghai, there were 7 crew members aboard and all had been found, but 3 were reportedly dead with 1 still listed as "in a serious/critical condition".
It's understood by CARNOC.com that the crashed freighter is a McDonnell Douglas MD-11, the plane was operating a flight from Shanghai to Kyrgyzstan when the crash occured. Investigators with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) are currently on their way to the crash site. Due to the accident, one runway was temporarily closed, therefore some flights experienced delays in the morning.
