Aug. 22, 2011
Mauritius needs capacity for another 600,000 airline passenger seats in the next two years to keep up with an increase in hotel accommodation, Le Mauricien reported, citing Patrice Legris, chief executive officer of the country's hotel and restaurant association.
The number of hotel rooms climbed 15 percent since 2008 while passenger seats rose 2 percent, the Port Louis-based newspaper cited Legris as saying.
