Singapore Airlines (SIA) appointed former DBS chief executive, Jackson Tai, to its Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from September 1, 2011.
In a statement, SIA said Mr Tai will assume a vacancy arising from the retirement of James Koh Cher Siang, who joined the Singapore Airlines Board in 2005.
Jackson Tai retired from DBS at the end of 2007 after five years at the helm.
