Cote d'Ivoire Civil Aviation Confirms 3 Killed Air Crash

A private plane crashed in Cote d'Ivoire killing at least three people and injured another, the West African country's civil aviation administration said on Tuesday.
The crash occurred at the Daloa airport on Monday, 320 km northwest of the country's economic capital Abidjan, the administration said in a statement.
According to the statement by Cote d'Ivoire's National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC), the French national Christian Dur, the pilot and owner of the aircraft, was among the victims killed in the crash.
The plane chartered by the Abidjan Aero-Club crashed just after taking off at the Daloa airport.
The United Nations Operation in Cote d'Ivoire sent rescuers to the airport after the accident, while ANAC opened a probe into the crash.
