Accident: Iberia A343 at Madrid on May 13, 2012, Bird Strike

An Iberia Airbus A340-300, registration EC-GUP performing flight IB-6533 from Madrid, SP (Spain) to San Juan (Puerto Rico), was climbing out of Madrid's runway 36L when a vulture penetrated the aircraft's radome causing a large hole. The crew levelled off at 7,000 feet and returned to runway 33L for a safe landing about 70 minutes after departure.
