XAC's Customer Service Platform for MA60 Series Aircraft Put into Service

Recently, AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industry (Group) Company Ltd (XAC)'s customer service platform for the MA60 series aircraft has been put into service.
This web based platform integrates and shares information among the customers, the suppliers and XAC, with focus on the digital functionalities such as customer communication, engineering support, as well as spare parts management. As a result, XAC's international customer service department has effectively improved its customer exchange, information communication and issue handing capabilities with international and domestic customers.
The utilization of this platform has elevated XAC to the next level on international marketing and customer service digitalization.
