Kunming Wujiaba International Airport is an airport located in Kunming, China's Yunnan province. Originally built in 1923, the airport has been renovated numerous times into a modern facility. Due to the fast expansion of the metropolitan area and limited land availability, the local government and airport authority will move all operations to a new airport, Kunming Changshui International Airport on June 28, 2012, which will become the new gateway to southwest China.
Aviation fans recorded the unforgettable moments of plane landings & takeoffs near Kunming Wujiaba Airport using their cameras. From tomorrow, the 90-year-old airport will become history.
