Lufthansa Cargo Establishes Competence Centres

In an attempt to expand its market position in the special freight segments including live animals, valuable cargo, airmail and temperature-sensitive goods, Lufthansa Cargo is bundling its competencies.
The new competence centres aim to provide Lufthansa Cargo customers access to specialist teams. In the airmail segment, Lufthansa Cargo cooperates closely with Airmail Centre Frankfurt GmbH (ACF). Live animal transportation will be taken care of at a new animal centre.
"Our customers can contact our expert teams about any issues and will receive support along the entire transport chain," said Andreas Otto, member of the Lufthansa Cargo executive board, responsible for marketing and sales.
