Dehong South Asia General Airlines to Start Operation During Spring Festival

Dehong South Asia General Airlines Co., Ltd. will be put into service during the Spring Festival at the soonest, according to an insider of the company.
Dehong South Asia General Airlines expects to complete its infrastructure construction by the end of the year if the weather conditions permit.
The company has ordered three helicopters -- two Sikorsky S-92A aircraft and one Sikorsky S-76D -- and two business jets, including one Boeing BBJ and one Gulfstream G550.
The general airline is based at Dehong Mangshi Airport (LUM). Its business scope covers onshore oil services, offshore oil services, helicopter external load operations air medical aid, air tours, business flights, general aviation charter flight, as well as aerial photography, aerial advertising, meteorological, scientific experiments, urban fire protection, aerial inspections, and aviation forest guard.
Ruili Jingcheng Helicopter Co., Ltd. was formally renamed as Dehong South Asia General Airlines upon approval by Southwest Regional Administration of CAAC on September 27, said Yunnan Jing Cheng Group on October 11.
