Passengers Encounter Turbulence on KLM Flight to Japan, 10 Hurt

On May 30, a passenger flight of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines ran across turbulence on its way from Amsterdam to Osaka, slightly injuring 7 passengers and 3 crew members, according to Kyodo News.
The flight was hit by two patches of turbulence about 2.5 hours after it took off from Amsterdam at 10:25 p.m. Japan time (13:25 GMT), Japanese firefighters were quoted as saying.
The flight, with 262 passengers onboard, landed at Osaka's Kansai International Airport on May 31. No damages to the plane was found.
The injured were immediately transferred to nearby hospitals after landing.
