China Eastern Airlines expanded its service hotline on July 1. The "95808" hotline is now open for four Chinese cities - Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an and Kunming, allowing its customers in the areas to enjoy localized services.
The hotline is expected to reach 20 cities at the end of this year and all Chinese cities that China Eastern flies to before the Olympic Games next year, according to officials from China Eastern.
The 24-hour hotline offers four languages - Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean, and deals with services such as: flight information, booking and changing tickets; services for China Eastern FFP members; and handling of customer suggestions and complaints.
