Aug. 01, 2007
On August 2, Vietnam Airlines will begin a new service between Hanoi and Busan, its fourth service to South Korea, to meet increasing demand.
It will operate an Airbus A321 aircraft on the thrice-weekly route with flights in either direction on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
The national flag carrier of Vietnam also flies from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Seoul, and from HCMC to Busan.
Its deputy CEO, Pham Ngoc Minh, said the new route would also facilitate economic and cultural exchanges and boost bilateral relations.
