Video: Sunan Airport Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary with Flash Mob

Sunan Shuofang International Airport (WUX) celebrated its 10th anniversary on Feb. 18 with a flash mob at the departure hall.
Staff from Wuxi Airport Group, China Eastern Airlines (MU), Shenzhen Airlines (ZH), as well as policemen, customs and inspection staff participated in the 10-minute performance.
Sunan Airport started commercial flights on Feb. 18, 2004. The airport, formerly called Wuxi Shuofang Airport, took the current name in Nov. 2010.
The number of flights operated at Sunan Airport has increased from 3 at the beginning to the current 30. The airport handled 3.59 million passengers and 87,600 tonnes of cargo and mail annually, making it the 39th busiest airports in China.
