Recently, Yunnan YingAn Airlines Co., Ltd. (YI) got a governmental permission for expanding its business scope to operate regional passenger and cargo services in Yunnan and its neighboring provinces. With the supports of the Southwest Bureau of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), Yunnan Safety Oversight Administration and Guizhou Safety Oversight Administration, the private carrier is scheduled to operate its first regional flight on Libo-Guiyang-Chongqing route on April 23, using a home-made MA60 regional aircraft.
It is learnt that the Libo-Guiyang service will be offered daily and added with one more flight every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday; while the Guiyang-Chongqing service will be operated thrice a week on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
