Airbus' Beluga transporter, A300-600ST, shared the skies with the "Patrouille de France" aerobatic demonstration team of the French Air Force in a once-in-a-lifetime formation flight conducted on May 30, 2014.

This historic flight was photographed and filmed, and will be used to mark the Beluga's 20th anniversary in September 2014, said the planemaker.

Beluga is a version of the standard A300-600 wide-body airliner modified to carry aircraft parts and oversized cargo. The first flight of Beluga took place in September 1994.
