At 2:06 p.m., June 18, a brand new Airbus A321 aircraft, registration number B-1823, landed smoothly at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) and joined the fleet of Sichuan Airlines (3U), bringing its fleet size up to 88 aircraft.
The newly introduced A321 is also the second new aircraft introduced by Sichuan Airlines in this month, following an A320 delivered on June 11, which further expands its fleet and may provide adequate capacity for the upcoming summer peak season.
