On August 25, a Bombardier plane made an emergency landing at Osaka airport due to trouble with one of its propellers, its operator said.
Japan Air Commuter Co said the twin-engine Bombardier DHC8-400 plane had been bound for Fukuoka after departing Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture. None of the 65 passengers and crew aboard was injured.
A Bombardier DHC8-400 made headlines in March when it was forced to land on its nose at Kochi airport after its front landing gear failed to deploy.
In August 25's trouble, a cockpit warning light came on around 12:25 p.m. indicating a malfunction in the left propeller when the plane was above Okayama.
