Air New Zealand Breaches Union Terms
The New Zealand Herald | Nov. 03, 2007
Air New Zealand faces a fine of up to NZ$2.7 million after being found to have breached good faith obligations with the Service and Food Workers' Union.
The union took a dispute to the Employment Relations Authority after 269 Air New Zealand employees got letters to tempt members to split from the union and either go on individual contracts or join another union.
