If you already have a fear of flying, you may not want to continue reading.
Airline staff have posted anonymous confessions on Reddit about the industries biggest secrets. And some are truly shocking.
One user commented: "There is a small latch hidden inside the lavatory sign on the bathroom door that will open the door when pulled, even when it's locked. Airplane peekaboo!"
Rather worryingly, another admitted that a plane can still take off despite missing parts, saying: "There's a huge list of things that can be missing from the aircraft while still being allowed to fly."
For the germaphobes among us, you may be less than pleased to learn that the "new" earphones handed out to passengers are sometimes just taken off an old flight, cleaned and given out again.
And another flight attendant advised all passengers to avoid the coffee as the container is "never washed."
Another user, who says they work for an airline, gave their opinion on when is the cheapest time to buy a flight.
And apparently it's Tuesday afternoons.
Airline staff also opened up about what they call "miracle flights".
One user explained: "People fake needed a wheelchair to gain boarding priority. 10 wheelchairs get on and only one person needs it getting off. We call them miracle flights."
But most disturbingly was a confession that came from an anonymous user about flights containing some VERY unexpected passengers. They said: "Almost every commercial flight... has a dead body on-board. Possibly two if you're on a wide, body aircraft."
We're never flying again.
