Thai Airways Internaitonal (THAI)'s first Airbus A350 XWB has completed its maiden flight in Toulouse, France, clearing the way for final preparations leading to its delivery in Q3 2016.
"THAI's first A350 took to the skies in Toulouse on its 1st test flight on July 23. Getting ready for delivery soon!" Airbus tweeted.
The A350-900 jetliner, bearing registration number HS-THB, is expected to be delivered to THAI in August.
THAI will acquire a total of 12 A350 XWB aircraft, with four on direct order and eight on lease. The aircraft will be used on long-haul services to Europe and in Asia.Calibration Flight Carried Out at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport
