Rolls-Royce to Power A330s for Hong Kong Airlines

British engine maker Rolls-Royce Group Plc said on Jan. 24 that Hong Kong Airlines had chosen Trent 700 engines to power its new fleet of 20 Airbus A330-300 aircraft.
"Including a TotalCare long-term services agreement, the value of the business is around US$1.2 billion at list prices. Deliveries start in 2010," Rolls-Royce said in a statement, adding Hong Kong Airlines was a new customer.
