Three Killed in Plane Crash Near Ukrainian Capital

On Mar. 23, a small plane crashed about 42 kilometers west of Kiev, the Ukrainian capital, killing three people on board, an official said.
"One pilot and two passengers, including a woman, were killed in the crash," Igor Krol, the spokesman for the Emergencies Ministry, was quoted by the Interfax-Ukraine news agency as saying.
According to a preliminary version, the crash of the hydroaeroplane may be caused by a technical failure or the pilot's misplay.
