MOMook, intelligent business and training management software developer, is delighted to announce that airlines can now monitor pilots' training progress in real time. Wizz Air, SmartLynx Airlines and Viet Flight Training, a subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines, are among the first companies to use the training management solution.
Carriers have been provided with an exclusive access to MOMook's system through the cooperation with aviation academy BAA Training. The company is carrying out Cadet Programmes for the airlines and uses the software for training process management.
"Undoubtedly, having access to the software system has provided us considerable benefits. It significantly increases our engagement in the training process, as we are able to monitor our students' training at any time. We are able to get real-time data about our cadets: the amount of passed exams, the number of subjects student is taking, students' evaluation system or the areas a cadet-pilot could improve in. This comes as significantly beneficial solution because it allows us to do follow-ups and get a closer look at our future pilots, thus we can be sure that their knowledge and the quality of their training meet our requirements", explains Cameron Pain, Recruitment Team Leader at SmartLynx.
The need to access BAA Training's software system came from the necessity to enhance direct involvement of the airline in the training process and facilitate the stage of reporting. Generally, a training manager needs approximately 20-30 hours during one group's training period to manually fill in all the progress reports. Moreover, it should be taken into account that extra time is consumed by additional communication, correction of errors and various inaccuracies. Given all that in mind, real-time monitoring adds even more value to the quality of training.
"It is worth highlighting that such technological solutions help perfecting the training system and eliminating risks of human error, as reports are not created manually and the work is done by the system. Also, smart technologies make the work of aviation training centres easier as it allows to improve the working process by saving a lot of valuable time", comments Egle Vaitkeviciute, CEO of MOMook.
According to E. Vaitkeviciute, direct airlines' contribution to the training process is vital as they assist in preparing professional pilots who are able to meet all the requirements and standards set by the airlines. Real-time monitoring through the MOMook system ensures constant airline presence throughout the cadets' way to the First Officer's seat in the cockpit. It is also important for aviation academies that being aware of the fact that airlines monitor the whole process students tend to strive for better results.
MOMook is a part of Avia Solutions Group family - an international, publicly traded aviation holding company with over 20 subsidiaries worldwide.
