HK Express is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.Li Dianchun as President of HK Express, with effect from today.

In his role as President, Mr. Li is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of HKExpress. Mr. Li will also work closely with Mr. Zhong Guosong, Executive Chairman of HKExpress, to develop and determine strategies and policies for the airline's business andoperations.

Among the priorities for Mr. Li in his new role is strengthening communication between staff andmanagement, as well as enhancing management efficiency and operational stability. Under Mr.Li's leadership, HK Express will continue its mission to serve the Hong Kong public with value-based travel and service quality, in its unique role as the only low-cost carrier based in the territory.

Mr. Li brings substantial experience in the aviation industry to this role, having worked in a varietyof senior positions in network planning, market operations and management for 20 years. Prior tojoining HK Express, Mr. Li was the Chief Commercial Officer of Hong Kong Airlines.
